This HEALTHY and EASY Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe is absolutely to die for! It's almost as easy as making beef and broccoli in the crockpot, but this stir fry recipe tastes EVEN BETTER! Plus, this is some low carb beef and broccoli too, which is always a plus in my book.
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1.5 lbs | ⅔ kg Sirloin Steak
  • ½ Cup (117mL) Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup (235mL) Beef Broth
  • 1 Tbsp (15g) Sesame Oil
  • ⅓ Cup (50g) Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsps (30g) Water
  • 2 Tbsps (20g) Cornstarch
  • 2 Cups (340g) Fresh Broccoli
  1. Mince the garlic and add it to a large pan coated in baking spray
  2. Cook the garlic on low
  3. While the garlic is cooking thinly slice your sirloin steak
  4. Once your meat is sliced add it to your pan and turn the heat up to medium on your stove
  5. While the meat is cooking make the sauce
  6. Add all the soy sauce, beef broth, sesame oil, and brown sugar to a large bowl
  7. Mix until well combined and once combined add your sauce into the pot
  8. Now in a small dish add the cornstarch and water - whisk until dissolved
  9. Once the sauce in the pan gets to a rolling boil add the water and cornstarch into the pan
  10. Work the sauce around the pan until it starts to thicken
  11. When the sauce begins to thicken turn the heat down to low and add your broccoli
  12. Give the broccoli a quick stir - make sure to coat it with sauce and cover for 10-15 minutes or until steamed.
