Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 1 Whole egg & 2 egg whites
  • ½ Cup (113g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ Cup (70g) fresh strawberries
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Isopures vanilla whey protein
  • ½ Cup (40g) oats
  • 1½ Tbsp (12g) sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
Instructions
  1. In a blender add
  2. (1) Whole egg + 2 egg whites
  3. (1/2) Cup (113g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  4. (1/2) Cup (70g) fresh strawberries
  5. (1) Scoop (30g) Isopures vanilla whey protein
  6. (1/2) Cup (40g) oats
  7. (1½) Tbsp (12g) sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
  8. Blend until smooth
  9. Once smooth, cook on a medium heat
  10. Flip once bubbles form on the top of the pancakes
  11. Topping is just melted cream cheese with mixed with low calorie pancake syrup
  12. I use a 1 to 1 Tbsp ratio
