The easiest low calorie brownie recipe ever!
Ingredients
  • ¾ Cup (170g) Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ Cup (2oz) Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 4TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup
  • ⅔ scoop (20g) Whey Protein Powder (I used Isopure)
  • ½ cup (40g) Cocoa powder
  • ½ cup (40g) Old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup (20g) Sugar Substitute
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Everything goes into the blender and is blended for a minute or two
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes
