BLACKENED MAHI MAHI

INGREDIENTS

- 2 mahi mahi fillets - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp garlic powder - 3 tsp paprika - 1 tsp onion powder - ½ tsp dried thyme - 1 tsp brown sugar - ½ tsp salt - ¼ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the broiler. Pat the fish with a paper towel until dry. 2. Make the seasoning and coat each side of the fish 3. Broil the fish in a baking dish for 8-10 mins until blackened
