BONELESS CHICKEN THIGH RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

– 1lb. boneless and skinless chicken thighs – 1 tbsp olive oil  – Salt and pepper, – ¾ tsp onion powder – ½ tsp garlic powder – ½ tsp paprika – ¼ tsp cumin powder – ¼ tsp chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Coat chicken in oil and seasonings. 2. Put on baking sheet. 3. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
