CAULIFLOWER MASHED POTATEOS

INGREDIENTS

-1 to 1 ½ lbs Cauliflower Florets  -4 Oz Cream Cheese, Softened -2 Tbsps  Salted Butter -Salt -Black Pepper Fresh Chives, Chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

-1. Boil cauliflower for 10 minutes. Drain.  2. Blend with immersion blender. 3. Mix in butter and cream cheese. Serve warm with butter or gravy.
