CHEESE AND SAUSAGE EGG MUFFINS
– 1 lb. mild Italian sausage – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – 8 eggs – ¼ cup heavy cream – Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Brown sausage in skillet. Divide in muffin tins. Add cheese on top. 2. Beat eggs with cream, salt, and pepper. Pour into muffin tins. 3. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
