EASY TURKEY CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS

– 4 turkey breast cutlets – 2 large egg whites – ⅓ cup seasoned breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese – Salt and  pepper – 1 tbsp butter – 1 tsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bread turkey in egg whites then flour parmesan mix. 2. Melt butter in a skillet. 3. Pan fry cutlets for 6 minutes on each side.
