ENCHILADA BAKE

INGREDIENTS

– ½ tbsp olive oil – 1 small onion – ½ cup green bell – 2 oz. green chiles – 15 oz. beans – 4 oz. corn – 2 cups chicken – 2 cups enchilada sauce – 8 corn tortilla – 1 ½ cup Mexican  cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook onion and peppers in skillet. Add rest of ingredients to it. 2. Layer in dish with tortillas and cheese. 3. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
