FRENCH ONION CHICKEN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 4 chicken breast – 2 tsp. olive oil – 2  yellow onions – 1 tbsp. vinegar – 1 tbsp. Worcestershire – ½ tsp. thyme

INGREDIENTS CONTINUED

– ½ tsp. thyme – 1 cup Gruyère cheese – ½ cup flour – ½ tsp. paprika – 2 tsp. butter – ¼ cup chicken broth

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook onion. Add sauces. 2. Whisk flour and paprika. Coat chicken in it. 3. Cook chicken in skillet for 3 minute each side. Top with onions and cheese.
