HEALTHY CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD

INGREDIENTS

For the Salad: – 1/2 head romaine lettuce – ½ orange bell pepper, sliced – ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced – ½ cup cherry tomatoes – ¼ cup parmesan cheese

For the Chicken: – 1 chicken breast – 1 tbsp olive oil – ½ tsp garlic powder – ¼ tsp black pepper – ½ tsp salt

For the Dressing: – ½ cup Greek yogurt – 1 garlic clove – 1 tsp mustard – ¼ cup lemon juice – 2 tbsp parmesan cheese – ¼ tsp salt – ¼ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend the dressing ingredients and store in a jar 2. Season the chicken and cook in a pan until cooked through 3. Prepare the salad and toss everything in dressing. Top with chicken
