HEALTHY EGG SALAD

INGREDIENTS

– 4 hardboiled eggs – 3 tbsp Greek yogurt – ½ tbsp mustard – ¼ tbsp chopped fresh spring onions – Salt and pepper, to taste – Toasted bread for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Grate the eggs   2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. 3. Season the salad with salt and pepper. 4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes 5. Serve over toasted bread
