HEALTHY SMASH BURGERS

INGREDIENTS

For the beef patties: - 12 oz lean ground beef  - Salt and pepper to taste For the burger sauce: - 3 tbsp light mayo - 1 tbsp ketchup - 1 tsp mustard - 1 tsp relish

For the Toppings: - 2 burger buns - ½ tbsp butter - 2 slices reduced fat cheese - Pickles - Lettuce - Red onion, thinly sliced - Tomatoes, thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the sauce and flatten the beef patties 2. Cook two patties over medium high heat until crispy. Flip, and add cheese. 3. Toast the buns and assemble your burgers with toppings.
