1. Cook your pasta in a pot of salted boiling water. 2. In the meantime, prepare the sauce; add all the sauce ingredients to a food blender or processor and blend until smooth. 3. Transfer the cheese blend to a saucepot and heat over medium-high heat until all smooth and runny. 4. Add cooked and drained pasta. 5. Season to taste and give it a good stir. 6. Serve warm, garnished with extra parmesan cheese on top.
