SPINACH COTTAGE CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS

INGREDIENTS

– 28 pasta shells – 2 cups marinara sauce – ½ cup mozzarella cheese

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1 tbsp olive oil – 2 garlic cloves – 2 cups fresh spinach – 1 cup cottage cheese – ½ cup mozzarella – ¼ cup parmesan cheese – 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the shells 2. Mix the cheeses and combine with cooked spinach 3. Stuff each shell and place in baking dish 4. Pour sauce and cheese over shells and bake for 30 mins at 350F
