PROTEIN PIZZA CRUST NGREDIENTS

– 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ¾ cup Greek yogurt – Salt, to taste

TOPPING INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup pizza sauce – ¾ cup shredded mozzarella – ¾ cup cooked and crumbled sausage – ½ cup sliced pepperoni or salami

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Combine dough ingredients in a bowl. 2.Transfer the dough onto the lightly floured surface. Knead for a few minutes. 4. Roll out the dough. Add toppings. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
