HOW TO COOK BUTTERNUT SQUASH

INGREDIENTS

– 1.5lb butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed – Olive oil, for drizzling – Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Toss squash in oil, salt, and pepper. 2. Spread on baking sheet. 3. Roast at 400°F for 30 minutes.
