HOW TO GRILL ARTICHOKES

INGREDIENTS

– 4 fresh artichokes – 2 tablespoon olive oil – Salt and pepper, to taste – 1 tbsp lemon juice – ½ cup mayonnaise – 2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice – 1 teaspoon minced garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk aioli ingredients and chill in fridge. 2 Boil artichokes. 3. Season artichokes and grill for 15 minutes.
