HOW TO SAUTE CARROTS

INGREDIENTS

– 1 lb. carrots (you can use plain, or a mix of orange, yellow, or purple) – 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil – Sea salt, to taste – Freshly chopped parsley, to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Peel and slice carrots. Heat oil in skillet. 2. Add carrots, cover with lid, cook for 4 minutes. 3. Remove lid, add salt, continue to cook for 4 minutes.
