– 1 onion – 2 carrots – 1 stalk celery – 2 cloves garlic – 3 cups water – 3 cups chicken stock – 2 sprigs fresh thyme – 2 sprigs parsley – 2 cups cooked turkey – 6oz. egg noodles

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add onions, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, and parsley into a saucepot. 2. Add water & stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. 3. Add turkey and noodles. Simmer 15 mins.
