– 1 ½ Tbsps salted butter, melted
– ½ cup blanched almond flour
– 3 Tbsps confectioners swerve
– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
– Pinch of cinnamon
– Pinch of salt
1. Mix all crust ingredients. Put in small dish. Microwave in 2, 30 second increments.
2. Mix filling ingredients. Microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Put filling in crust.
