PAN FRIED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

– 1.5lb. Russet potatoes – ½ cup olive oil  – Salt and pepper, to taste – 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Peel the potatoes and cut. 2. Boil water then simmer potatoes for 5 min. 4. Heat oil in a skillet and cook potatoes for 10 mins.
