– 1lb. shrimp
– ¼ cup cornstarch
– 2 egg whites
– ¼ cup mayo
– ¼ cup condensed milk
– 1 tbsp. lemon juice
– ¼ cup walnuts
– 2 tbsp. green onions
– 1 tbsp. black sesame
1. Whisk eggs and cornstarch. Coat shrimp in it.
2. Heat oil in pot. Fry shrimp for 3 minutes.
3. Mix mayonnaise, condensed milk, and lemon juice. Cover shrimp in sauce.
