SALMON RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce – 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce – 5oz. salmon fillet – 2oz. basmati rice  – 1 tsp sesame seeds – 2 tbsp chopped chives or spring onions – Squeeze of lime – Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix sauces. Marinate salmon in it for 5 minutes. 2. Cook rice. 3. Cook salmon skin side down in skillet for 6 minutes. Flip cook 2 minutes.  4. Serve salmon over rice.
