– 1 tbsp. olive oil – 1 lb. (550g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces – Salt and pepper to taste – 2 tbsp. butter – 4 cloves garlic, minced – ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
1. Heat oil to skillet. Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear for 2 minutes, set aside. 2. Melt butter in skillet and cook with garlic and red pepper. 3. Add cooked steak and mix.
