– 0.75lb. ground turkey
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon brown sugar
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Form into four patties.
3. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry sausage for 4 minutes on each side till golden brown.
