WEIGHT LOSS GREEN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk – 1 banana – ½ avocado – 1 Granny Smith apple – 1 cup baby spinach – ½ lemon, juiced – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the milk to a food blender, followed by the rest of the ingredients as listed. 2. Blend on high speed until smooth. 3. Drink immediately, as prepared, or over crushed ice.
