This oven baked chicken thighs recipe is quick and simple to make but the results are extraordinary. The chicken thighs turn out absolutely succulent - the skin turns out perfectly crisp and the meat is oh-so juicy. Best of all though, just 5 minutes of prep work and a handful of basic pantry staples are all it takes to put all of this deliciousness together.

6 Chicken Thighs, skin and bone on

1 tsp. Smoked Paprika

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Dried Thyme

1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, grounded

1 tbsp. Brown Sugar

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Fresh Rosemary

Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180ºC).
  2. Prepare a baking tray by spraying some cooking oil.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and place them in the tray.
  4. Mix all the spices in a bowl.
  5. Brush the olive oil over the chicken thighs and cover with the spices mix and some fresh rosemary.
  6. Bake for around 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with the cooking juices and more fresh herbs.
