Super easy traditional hummus recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Can (15.5oz 439g) drained and washed chickpeas
  • 1/3 Cup (75g) tahini
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsps (30ml) lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsps (30ml) water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps (22ml) olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your food processor (I like to start with the beans and the tahini)
  2. Process until all ingredients have incorporated with one another and are smooth
