Keto Gravy Recipe With 0 Carbs | Made In Just 5 Minutes

4 Tbsps (56g) Salted Butter

2 Cups (480mL) Beef Broth (use one that is carb free)

1/4 Tsp (1g) Garlic Powder

1/4 Tsp (1g) Onion Powder

3/4 Tsp (2g) Xanthan Gum

Salt, To Taste

Black Pepper, To Taste


  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together all of the ingredients -
    the butter, broth, onion powder, and garlic powder, and xanthan gum.
  2. Bring the gravy to a rolling boil - stirring it occasionally. Now, turn the heat down to a simmer, and stir the gravy every so often for a few minutes.
  3. Season to taste, and serve warm.
