Keto Waffles Recipe | Made From Scratch In 10 Minutes

These keto waffles are wonderfully fluffy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. All you need to make them is some common keto ingredients, a waffle iron, and just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale

2 Large Eggs

4 Tbsps (56g) Butter, Melted

1/3 Cup (80mL) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 Teaspoon (4g) Pure Vanilla Extract

3/4 Cup (90g) Blanched Almond Flour

2 Tbsps (28g) Granulated Erythritol

1/2 Teaspoon (2g) Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Add the wet ingredients to your blender. Then add the dry ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend everything for several minutes on high. The longer you blend, the fluffier your waffles will be.
  3. Coat a waffle iron with non-stick baking spray. Add half of the batter to the iron and cook the waffle until fluffy and golden brown.
  4. Use a fork to gently remove the waffle from the iron. Pour the remaining batter in the iron and repeat.

Notes
