No Bake Keto Peanut Butter Cookies | Easy, Low Carb, and Made In 5 Minutes

These are the BEST No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies for the keto diet. They're easy to make, incredibly low carb, and so darn good. Plus, these no bake keto cookies are made with just a few keto friendly ingredients like almond flour, and Swerve!


1 1/2 Tbsps (24g) Natural No-Sugar Peanut Butter 

1/4 Cup (28g) Almond Flour

1 Tbsp (10g) Confectioners Swerve

3/4 Tbsp (10g) Almond Milk

Pinch of Salt


Add of the ingredients to a small bowl.

Mix until a thick dough forms.

When it does, use your hands to form a ball of dough.

Split the ball of dough into 2 small balls of dough.

Now shape the dough into a cookie....I like to use my hands to start the process, and then I'll finish shaping it on a plate.

Once it's shaped, use a fork to create a cross-hatched pattern on the cookie.

Refrigerate for up to 5 days


You can scale up the recipe and make however many cookies you want.

The Macros DO NOT include the "carbs" from Swerve. Swerve has 0 calories, so it should be tracked as 0 carbs. The FDA makes food companies list "sugar alcohols" as carbs, but that doesn't mean they should be tracked as such.
