Crispy plantain chips without all the fat


  • Plantains
  • Salt
  • Sugar substitute
  • Butter flavored PAM


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut-off the ends of your plantain and make a shallow slit down the seam and peel
  3. Now make super thin slices
  4. Add slices to a medium sized bowl and top with 1 tsp of salt
  5. Along with a pinch of sugar substitute
  6. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and add your chips
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes and flip half-way through
