Chocolate Protein Oatmeal With Over 30 Grams of Protein

This high protein oatmeal recipe is a delicious - and easy - way to supercharge your breakfast and keep you full all morning long. It's made with your favorite chocolate protein powder and just a few other ingredients, and this whole bowl of deliciousness is ready in under 15 minutes! Best of all though, each serving has over 30 grams of protein!

Ingredients

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1 cup water (or milk)

1/2 banana, sliced

pinch of sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Toppings: sugar free chocolate or chocolate chips, peanut butter, etc.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat at medium, stirring constantly and breaking the banana as you go.
  2. Keep cooking until creamy.
  3. Serve with your favorite toppings.
