-1 lb. Bistec or Flank Steak -1 tbsp. chili powder -1 tbsp. onion powder -½ tbsp. paprika -salt and pepper -2 tbsp. olive oil -Tortillas and toppings
1. Mix spices. Season steak and grill 1-3 minutes each side. 2. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes. 3. Slice steak and serve in tortillas with toppings.
