CHICKEN POT PIE FILLING

INGREDIENTS

– 3 cups chicken – 1 potato, carrot, & onion – 1 cup peas – 1 tbsp oil  – 2 tbsp butter – 2 tbsp flour – 2 cups chicken broth – ⅔ cup heavy cream – 2 garlic cloves – 1 tsp thyme, parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat oil and butter in skillet. Cook onion, carrots, and potato for 10 minutes. 2. Mix flour in and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add broth and cream. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and peas.
