COTTAGE CHEESE WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup all-purpose  flour – ½ tsp baking powder – 1 egg – ¾ cup cottage cheese – ¼ cup Greek yogurt

1. Mix the dry ingredients 2. Blend the wet ingredients and add to the dry 3. Whisk the batter until combined 4. Add portion to a waffle iron square and cook for a few minutes until golden
