HIGH PROTEIN BURRITOS

INGREDIENTS

– 1lb. ground turkey sausage – Salt and pepper – ½ tsp dried thyme – ¼ tsp red pepper flakes – 4 large egg whites

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 2 cups baby spinach – 3oz. reduced-fat cheddar cheese, – ¼ cup salsa – 4 low carb whole wheat tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the turkey sausage with salt pepper. 2. Saute the egg whites and spinach Combine with the turkey. 3. Spread salsa over tortillas and divide turkey mixture. Roll your burrito.
