For the Cake:
– 2 large eggs
– ½ cup Swerve
– 2/3 cup full fat greek yogurt (5%)
– ½ tsp vanilla extract
– ½ cup +1 tbsp AP flour
– 1/3 cup cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp baking powde
1. Prepare the frosting and refrigerate to set
2. Mix the cake ingredients
3. Pour the batter into a lined cake pan and bake for 25-30 mins at 350F
4. Once cool, frost the cake
