LOW CALORIE GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS

– 2 large egg whites – 4 tbsp desired sweetener (I used allulose) – 2 tsp cinnamon – 1 ¾ cup brown rice cereal – 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk egg whites and sweetener 2. Stir in remaining ingredients 3. Bake on a lined baking sheet at 325F for 37 minutes, breaking up the granola periodically
