MAHI MAHI GRILLED

INGREDIENTS

– 2, 5oz. mahi mahi fillets – 2 tbsp olive oil – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp lemon zest – Salt and pepper, to taste – ½ tsp cumin powder – ½ tsp paprika powder

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Brush it on the mahi mahi on all sides. 3. Grill  for 6-7 minutes per side.
