1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- ½ avocado, cubed
- ½ red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup coriander, chopped
- ½ lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper
1. Season the mahi mahi cubes and set aside
2. Combine the salad ingredients and set aside
3. Mix the sauce ingredients
4. Fry the fish on a pan for 6-8 minutes
5. Assemble the tacos
