MAHI MAHI TACOS

INGREDIENTS

For the Fish: - 1 lb mahi mahi fillet, cut into 1 inch cubes - 1 tsp cumin - ½ tsp coriander - 2 tsp chili powder - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp kosher salt

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

For the salad topping:  1 cup red cabbage, shredded - ½ avocado, cubed - ½ red onion, chopped - ¼ cup coriander, chopped - ½ lime, juiced - Salt and pepper

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

For the sauce: - 1/3 cup sour cream - 2 tbsp chopped cilantro - 1 tbsp lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season the mahi mahi cubes and set aside 2. Combine the salad ingredients and set aside 3. Mix the sauce ingredients 4. Fry the fish on a pan for 6-8 minutes  5. Assemble the tacos
