POOR MAN'S BURNT ENDS

INGREDIENTS

– 2 lbs. of chuck roast – 1 tsp of salt – ½ tsp of pepper – 3 tbsp of brown sugar – 1 tsp of paprika – ⅓ cup of barbecue sauce – ½ tsp of chili powder – 1 tsp of garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Rinse beef and dry. Mix spices with brown sugar and salt. Coat beef in it. 2. Cover in foil and bake 340°F for 2 hours. 3. Slice and coat in BBQ. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
