2 Salmon filets

1 tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Cumin

1 tsp. Pepper

1 tsp. Oregano

1 tsp. Salt

Olive Oil Spray

Fresh cilantro to serve

Instructions

  1. Mix all the spice ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Brush the salmon filets with olive oil and cover them with the spices rub.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium-high heat and place the salmon fillets in it.
  4. Cook the salmon on both sides until blackened (around 5-6 minutes per side).
