Healthy Low Calorie Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup (120mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp (6g) sugar substitute
  • 1/3 Cup (30g) oats
  • 1 Cup (140g) frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender - starting with the almond milk
  2. Blend until smooth
