Bulletproof Coffee, or “Butter Coffee” as it’s sometimes called, is coffee made with butter/ghee and MCT oil. It’s a rich, nutty, and creamy keto drink that’s loaded with healthy fats. And, it’s the perfect morning drink because it gives you energy, and makes you feel full. That said, this is how to make Bulletproof Coffee the best way possible!
4 Ounces (120mL) Freshly Brewed Coffee – I use this kind
1/2 Tsp (2g) Ghee or Grass-Fed Butter
1/2 Tsp (2g) MCT Oil
*Note you can add more of both of these to meet your tastes and dietary preferences!
Splash of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 Tbsp (5g) Confectioners Swerve
Freshly brew coffee.
Pour 4 ounces (120mL) into a cup, along with the ghee/butter and MCT Oil.
Add in any extras, such as almond milk etc.
Use a frother – or spoon – to mix the ingredients into the coffee.
Once well combined and dissolved, pourt into a coffee cup and enjoy!
