Ingredients

1 Banana
3/4 Scoop (22g) chocolate whey protein (I used Isopure)
3/4 Tbsp (4g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 3/4 tsp Sugar substitute (I use Splenda's Sugar Blend)
1 Tbsp & 3/4 tsp water

Instructions

Cut up the banana into 3 even pieces
Invert a popsicle stick and use the handles to hold your banana chunks
Add protein powder, cocoa powder, and sugar substitute to a small dish
Mix in the water until a thick syrup forms
Cover your bananas with chocolate
Freeze for around 15 minutes
