Chocolate covered protein bananas

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 3/4 Scoop (22g) chocolate whey protein (I used Isopure)
  • 3/4 Tbsp (4g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 3/4 tsp Sugar substitute (I use Splenda's Sugar Blend)
  • 1 Tbsp & 3/4 tsp water

Instructions

  1. Cut up the banana into 3 even pieces
  2. Invert a popsicle stick and use the handles to hold your banana chunks
  3. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, and sugar substitute to a small dish
  4. Mix in the water until a thick syrup forms
  5. Cover your bananas with chocolate
  6. Freeze for around 15 minutes
