Starbucks Egg Bites Recipe

These savory and cheesy egg bites made with healthy fillings of spinach and red peppers will convince you never to wait in line for Starbucks egg bites again! With a handful of easy to find ingredients and a couple kitchen utensils, you can have a healthy serving of these yummy egg bites in no time!



7 eggs

1 red bell pepper

2 cups baby spinach

3/4 cup (60g) shredded hard cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp baking powder

Salt and pepper, to taste



  1. Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C).
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, then lightly whisk them individually.
  3. Then combine them and add salt, pepper, garlic powder and baking powder.
  4. Lightly coat larger muffin mold with butter or oil
  5. Arrange the chopped peppers, spinach and half of the cheese in the molds one by one, and pour the egg mixture into each slot.
  6. Place the remaining half of the cheese on top of egg bites and bake in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese turns golden brown.
