Fitter French Toast

French toast- packed with protein, filled with fiber

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices low-calorie toast (Weight Watchers)
  • 3 Egg whites (105g)
  • 1/4 Cup (2oz) vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp (30g) calorie-free/low-calorie pancake syrup (Walden Farms)
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine:
  2. Egg whites, almond milk, pancake syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt
  3. Dip both sides of your bread into your mix
  4. Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and cook toast on medium heat for around 3 minutes a side
  5. Top with calorie-free/low-calorie pancake syrup...I suggest Walden Farms
