French toast- packed with protein, filled with fiber
- Prep Time: 5 mins

Ingredients
- 4 Slices low-calorie toast (Weight Watchers)
- 3 Egg whites (105g)
- ¼ Cup (2oz) vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp (30g) calorie-free/low-calorie pancake syrup (Walden Farms)
- ⅛ tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl combine:
- Egg whites, almond milk, pancake syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt
- Dip both sides of your bread into your mix
- Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and cook toast on medium heat for around 3 minutes a side
- Top with calorie-free/low-calorie pancake syrup...I suggest Walden Farms

Very good recipe especially when the toasts are still warm. I changed it up a tiny bit and added one egg yolk to it and used flaxseed butter.
